Very good fun for my six yo. They seem to be taking safety seriously judging from the safety briefing but also there is always staff around the equipment and they do intervene when kids not playing safely. Also very clean and was pleasant having coffee while waiting.

Fun inflatable play centre for the kids. Advise that you don't go with a single child though as child might not enjoy it. Much more fun if there is someone to play with.

I booked my daughter birthday party here. We was unsure the total amount of people attending due to her birthday being on a bank holiday weekend but we didn't want to book the party room as well as it was £90 extra just for the room. I booked online and removed the party room and on the day of the event we was the first group in and some of our guest had food and drinks in the restaurant area when my partner tried to order food for our part we was refused and told no food was being served yet some of our guest were albe to get food. And I was pulled aside during our party and told off by the manager and owner for not booking the party room and told in future I must book the event room or just pay for the kids individually not as a party group....I had 16 kid's attending. I wasn't happy with the customer service and haven't been back
