We were looking for 12 artificial trees as decorations for our marquee wedding and could not find them anywhere until we came across this company! Such great quality products, great communication and they even let us pop into the office to take a look! We picked them up and dropped them back off on convenient days and the people working at the depot were so helpful. They provided everything we wanted regarding artificial plants and we could not have asked for more. Debbie Dance was especially helpful and guided us through the process and was happy to rearrange the dates we needed them for COVID reasons. All in all, a pleasant experience dealing with this company.

Ordered good, but went missing with Tuffnells delivery. Chris from Close2Nature kindly agreed to re-deliver goods with another courier (DPD) and was supportive and provided clarity all the way. Avoid! We bought a black bamboo plant, claimed to be "botanically accurate". It was no such thing. The canes were heavily coated in a brown plastic, meaning they were nothing like the black with white bands which characterises the black bamboo. A clear case of misrepresentation.
