Repair/service of antique wall clock. Good initial service provided but a while after the clock was returned it unexpectedly stopped and would not resume. It took too long for them to respond to the problem - at least a month - citing holidays as the reason. Poor response. When they finally turned up the young man decided it was a good idea to blame either me or my son for the cause of the problem. Although he sorted the issue out fairly quickly his attitude and approach was unhelpful to say the least. What does it matter what the cause was? It wasn’t working following their repair - simply give advice and in terms of future business relationships just move on. I think his approach was a mistake and I think he belatedly realised that. I will now probably look elsewhere for future service.
