Fantastic service from Paul. I always outsource my watch repairs to him. I have used Paul for around 2 years now, and I have never had a problem, always honest, and he does not charge a fortune for repairs. He will be happy to repair a Casio as much as a TAG. I say this as i have come across a repairer(s) that would find fixing watches without a fancy label a bit beneath them. Before I found Clock Kent, I used many different people around Kent to fix watches for me, and I honestly wish I had found him sooner. If you need a watch repaired, serviced, etc, then go see Paul at Clock Kent, and if you need a watch battery or watch strap, then come see me 😉

Paul is an expert with watches ! After taking my expensive Franck muller chronograph to a watch servicer in Hatton garden ( tik tok watches) the watch failed again just over a year after being repaired. Paul service was half the price and the watch seems to be running fine again now. I think he would be much more approachable and considerate if the watch failed in that sort of timescale. He was great to deal with and will only use him in the future. Thanks Paul 👌

I was recommended to Clock Kent by my local jewellery shop as they couldn't fix an old watch. I contacted Paul on the Wednesday to fix a watch I wanted to give to my Nephew that Sunday - very late notice.
