    Letting agents advertise the property as ‘located on a quiet stretch of the canal”, specifically Martin&Co. There is literally a massive studio across the road, which no one is informed of. The studio is open Monday- Sunday and noise can go on as late as 10pm. Residents have been reported to be stealing other peoples parcels, as there is no concierge to handle deliveries. Heavy gate in order to access the building, which just shows how poorly designed the complex is. Several issues were in place within the flat itself, which we had discovered when we moved in and had to pester maintenance/ management to see to this. Student central location, so if you’re looking for a peaceful place to stay, I would avoid this place as a whole. Highly disappointed in Cliveland Street Lofts and the developers involved.
