Ordered a blazer that wasn’t in stock for size at the end of July, it’s now the 12th September and my daughter has started her year (year 7 which is a big deal!!) having no blazer. When I’ve called to chase (which has been many times) staff aren’t helpful and have no idea when they will expect a delivery. Completely unacceptable in my eyes in terms of customer service and offered no alternatives to us when we have called. Shocking!!!!

So glad my middle child's school uniform is now stocked by Clive Marks. It makes it so much easier to buy when they can try on rather than having to hazard a guess and order online. Came in last week for uniform for 2 children, I was the annoying person that came in 10 minutes before closing time but the staff at the counter immediately acknowledged me and were incredibly helpful in getting the right sizes and still let us try things on despite it being so close to home time. I just wish I didn't have to go elsewhere for the PE kit for my youngest!

First visit to the Walsall store since it changed location and began stocking our uniform. Customer service NON EXISTENT! I was the only customer in the shop with six members of staff standing around chatting. Not a welcome and no offer of help even though I spent some time clearly trying to find the correct sizes of different uniform pieces. Unfortunately, whilst I'm now fully aware how one member of staff styles their hair and what others will be doing at the weekend, what I don't have is any uniform for my child. Prices are no cheaper than the previous uniform supplier, quality of uniform is poorer and the store looked like a jumble sale. To make things worse, the online site does not appear to carry the same stock or size range as the store so I will have no choice but to visit the store again. How I wish I had the option of using a different supplier.

Went to Saddlers store in Walsall. ABSOLUTE RIP OFF. £37 for a PE shirt and trousers..are they made of gold? This is a nexus between the schools and shops like these. Useless. Alas no solution in sight as schools get commission to FORCE kids to wear clothes with LOGO and that is where the RIPOFF starts.
