Had breakdown out for a traction control warning recommended by the dealer the breakdown says go to dealer they did same checks but assured me it would be more indepth I was wrong did no physical work no wheels of visual inspection problem still exists no appointments for two weeks waste of a morning hope the car is safe

Not impressed, rang when recall came, told to ring back in a month, did so, told to ring back in another month, did so again and was then told by rude lady on reception do not ring us again, we will get in touch with you ! Rang one of other Volvo dealers instead, booked straight in no problem, will never use these.

I honestly can't complain about the service received from Will. He sold me a V90 in October and have had to have a few bits sorted since then. The aftershaves I've experienced at other brands was awful.. typically wiping their hands as soon as I leave with the car. Will is the opposite of this and I can't ask for more

Needing a new car we had a Volvo on our list of potential cars. The first process of narrowing down our choice was to see if I could sit in the car comfortably. So I dropped into the showroom. I was quickly and professionally engaged by Malcolm Hart who was happy to show me the car I was interested in. I told him that at this stage all I needed to do was to sit in the car and that I would then need a test drive. While Malcolm took my contact details there was none of that pressure on me that can often be the case. A week later, fitting to our calendar, Malcolm took us out on a test drive, which was expertly executed, giving us both the opportunity to drive the vehicle but only after he had gone through the features to make our test drive safe and pleasurable. While in the end we did purchase a Volvo we were unfortunately unable to do so from Malcolm at Clive Brooks owing to a combination of lack of a vehicle being immediately available and price. That said, I think Malcolm was instrumental in us changing from Mercedes to Volvo and he is a great ambassador for the brand and the dealership. So, when we come to change the vehicle we will again head towards Clive Brook first.
