Took my 7 year old here today and he loved it! Yes it’s not the biggest of places but perfectly adequate for an hour to do all the walls. 4pm on a weds is a great time as it was only him and one other child so lots of space and a chance to do the walls multiple times. The cafe next door is a completely separate business (and when I have been in there for a party, I agree with some of the views that the staff aren’t very friendly) but I watched from the outside of the climbing walls with no problem rather than go in the cafe. Shout out to Ellie, the staff member on duty who was fantastic. Friendly and helpful and a great support to the kids.

Not bad for youngsters during the holidays. An hour is just about enough time before little ones get bored. It's positioned within the shopping centre with a cafe alongside. Car parking is cheap and close-by opposite the shopping centre. Sadly, a number of shops have closed so the centre lacks atmosphere.

Went with my daughters (6 and 4) and nephews (11 and 13). Nephews got on with it and enjoyed, but my daughters struggled, they couldn't do the clips, the holds were a bit too spaced out for the youngest so she struggles to reach, so I was in helping them. The staff were helpful and polite but they weren't really encouraging those that's struggled it was the other kids climbing that were trying to support each other. Main downsides is the size - it's small with less than 15 walls. And the time so the website says 80 mins but we were there less than 60 mins.
