As a first time customer to this establishment, I was dissatisfied. I brought my two children and nieces to the SEN session and I am SHOCKED by the behaviour shown by the staff. I had one of my children tell me they felt uncomfortable with an experience claiming they felt they were being judged by members of staff. All the children I brought with me today had either a diagnosis of ADHD or Autism, so therefore I cannot understand why they were not more inclusive. It was mainly the women that were working who were coming across as judgemental, and I had nothing but kindness from the men on shift. I really wish our experiences were better this afternoon, however I will not be attending again.

Visited for the first time and booked it all online. Got there for the 12 session and they didn’t start to get climbing until half 12. I had to ask for instructions on where to go and who was dealing with harnesses etc as we had no clue due to it being our first time so wasn’t sure on how it worked. Definitely wouldn’t recommend it for children under 5. As we went at lunch time I planned on buying food in there as it also states your not aloud to eat food from home, went to order and was told they wasn’t doing hot food as they had a party going on. So my children had to have a bag of crisps. You pay £3 extra for the drop slide and your only aloud one go which is ridiculous. I won’t be going again, definitely not worth the price.

My daughter was apprehensive about climbing. The staff were very patient with her, but she did not overcome her fear of dropping down. Facilities are good, and the safety brief was thorough.

Took my 5 year old grandson, didn't know what to expect as never been to anything like it. From the start it was well managed, a short briefing via video, but so many staff on the floor constantly helping. Congratulations to the manager and all the staff.
