We visited Garforth Clip n’ Climb today. There were three young ladies working this afternoon and they were a breath of fresh air! Usually, when you visit places like this, you get your safety briefing and then are left to your own devices but the ladies at Garforth Clip n Climb were so attentive and interacted with our children throughout. They were actively watching for anyone needing help on and off the walls, they would wait at the bottom cheering the children on to reach the top or even climb up with them on a neighbouring wall for extra support. My daughter has always been scared of heights and this encouragement really made her visit today special. All three members of staff that we met today are a credit to the company and made the experience so enjoyable! Their kind, professional approach meant that me and my partner could sit in the spectator area and enjoy a drink whilst watching the kids enjoy the experience instead of feeling like we had to follow them both around the course in case they needed help. Lovely team, lovely day!
