I will NEVER go back. They would not allow my seven year old on the slide even though there was 16 minutes to go in the session.. There were plenty of other chdren on the slide but they said I was 4 minutes late in getting a ticket. Obviously I had no idea about it. A VERY VERY BAD rude and unplasant place. I absolutely HATE it

We recently took 12 children for my sons birthday party, it was brilliant. It was good before (if maybe a little clinical - sorry) but with the new refurb its so much better. It’s vibrant, fun and feels much more emersive. There are a couple of proper viewing areas where you get a great view as they climb. The bar/cafe is so much better, and all the same plus improved climbing walls are there too. The staff were friendly and kind and especially Maria (I hope that was your name) who was amazing at helping our younger daughter to climb even though she was very nervous. Thank you so much for a great party, the kids loved it and we will be back again soon!

It used to be a much better venue, now it's much smaller and more cramped. The staff would not let the parent to go with them to the safety talk so they have to be completely isolated for like half an hour. The worst thing is the staff, they are rude and unhelpful, a young kid cannot clip and unclip himself and because the parents were not allowed in the kid have to wait for the staff to come help each time he wants to climb a different wall. The session is time based so you can imagine how frustrated it is to see the young kids waiting and waiting and nobody go to help them despite numerous times we tried to prompt the staff to go help looking from the outside, just to find a bunch of them chatting in the corner. You can tell that they don't care at all about this job and the customers, and in fact after I asked a few times for them to help the young kids instead of chilling, one of them gave me a nasty look, I guess I've disturbed her chatting with her friends, how dare I lol I'd not return unfortunately and would not recommend others to, it's a shame as it used to be a really fun place with qualified staff and a more spacious venue. The cost cutting is really obvious, definitely not worth the money anymore.
