We took our 6 year old and 22 month old yesterday. Our 6 year old had a brilliant time climbing, the instructors are so helpful and happy to help, with a clear passion for their job. We then went to the soft play with both girls after. Really impressed by the size of the soft play, perfect for both to play. Soft play was very clean and staff were regularly cleaning bits even when we were there. It was definitely the best experience of soft play we've had in the Derby area for a long time. The cafe is brilliant. We enjoyed a lovely Coronation cream tea, a hot breakfast cob and children's pasta. Food was very well presented and delicious! We didn't have to wait long either for the food which was great. Staff were very accommodating with the food requests for children's food too. Zoe and Shannon were particularly welcoming and friendly, really brilliant staff. Will definitely return to the climbing and also soft play with the little one 🌟

Took my 5 year old today and Teo the instructor couldn’t have been more helpful. My son was very apprehensive and he was reassuring and encouraging in just the right way. He was having a great time and it was all smiles after that. Thank you Teo! The facility itself is very clean, colourful and fun. Highly recommend! Definitely recommend.

Always get a warm and friendly welcome from the team at Derby. The staff are extremely attentive and encouraging! Both the kids have a fab time every time they visit. Special shout out to Eliza who is a star.

We came here after a long time and upon arrival the staff were so friendly. My son wanted some food so we headed to the cafe and all the ladies Grace , Zoe and Beth were extremely polite and so helpful.. they asked if everything was ok with the food which was very tasty as my son said, they were so kind. Couldn’t of asked for a better service. The area was clean and very inviting. Will definitely be back again
