Unreliable, uncaring, late, greedy, unavailable, inflexible, uncompassionate. They are only after your money. Stay away at all costs. I have been a patient for a while, and payed thousands of pounds between assessments and appointments. Today, I had a busy day due to work and other commitments. I missed my appointment (£225 for 30 minutes!!!). The first missed appointment out of more than 20. They called me 4 hours after the time of the appointment to tell me that they were going to charge me the full price of the missed appointment. I was then told that I had to pay another £225 to reschedule the appointment. The first slot available was going to be 19 days later. To add insult to injury, they charged me a £75 admin fee to renew my prescription. This is on top of the cost of the medication, which is north of £100. I was willing to tolerate the many instances of unprofessionalism (i.e.: postponing my £700 assessment twice, delaying my treatment by 3 months), but this is just too much. This is simply shameful. I know they are running a business, but we are talking about people’s health here. I suggest you think twice before entrusting your health to these people.

Took the anxiety test for fun. I selected never for worrying and rarely for overwhelmed. It diagnosed most likely have anxiety because of the following answers: Often can't fall asleep or wake early Have stomach issues Hands shake Annoyed easily Hard time relaxing Shortness of breath My real diagnosis are severe spinal stenosis between the 5-6 vertebrae, left ventricle artery stenosis, lesion in right temporal lobe, asthma, hyper lymphoedema caused by eds and sjogrens. I also work on a ranch, am former military, and grumpy by choice. My diagnosis went missed for years due to test like these that ignore signs and symptoms of ventricular issues, ignore the main criteria of anxiety, and label almost every adult as anxious. 100% fail

Absolutely no chance of getting through to them on the phone. Very disorganised. Completely useless service. If you can get an appointment, the drs are great, but the organisation is terrible for admin.

Do Not Use: I wouldn’t recommend Clinical Partners for the following reasons: - Your diagnosis will never be recognised by the NHS. If you wanted to move your care across to your GP you would need to go through the NHS referral process anyway. - You won’t ever be able to get through to someone on the phone and I never had a call back from any voicemails I left (which only gives you about 10 seconds to leave your name and number, no message) - There are 16 potential medications/doses meaning it’s very unlikely you will get the right one first time and as you will have ADHD for life you will want to try a few before you settle on one as they all have varying effects. They will charge you £200 every time they write you a prescription altering your medication. So even if you only try half of what’s available it’ll cost you £1600 just in prescriptions. - The organisation displayed by Clinical Partners is poor. After receiving my diagnosis I had to wait over 6 weeks for a prescription which is a month longer than they advertise. Apparently the psychiatrist who was supposed to write my prescription caught covid however I’d have expected someone else to be able to write it seeing as I had already spent about £900 with this company. I felt incredibly let down at this point in particular as the customer service surrounding this was also very poor. - The psychiatrists that I dealt with seem to lack any sense of empathy and it leaves you with a feeling that you are only diagnosed in order for them to squeeze money out of you for prescriptions. The only redeeming factor is the admin team who are the only members of staff I came across who displayed any integrity. They did what they said they would when I spoke to them and that’s the only reason I gave Clinical Partners 2 stars. I don’t really ever write reviews but I thought it was important for people to know what they are getting with Clinical Partners.
