FAQ

Do you accept insurance? If so, which providers?

Yes, we accept insurance. We work with a variety of insurance providers, including BUPA, AXA PPP Healthcare, Aviva, VitalityHealth, and Cigna. Please contact us to confirm whether we accept your specific insurance provider.

What is the process for diagnosing and treating a child's mental health condition?

Our process for diagnosing and treating a child's mental health condition typically involves an initial assessment, during which we gather information about the child's symptoms and medical history. From there, we may recommend further testing or assessments to make a formal diagnosis. Once a diagnosis has been made, we work with the child and their family to develop a treatment plan, which may include therapy, medication, or other interventions.

How do you involve parents and families in the treatment process?

We believe that involving parents and families in the treatment process is essential for the best possible outcomes. We work closely with parents and families to help them understand their child's diagnosis and treatment plan, and to provide support and guidance throughout the treatment process. We also offer family therapy and other services to help families build strong, healthy relationships.

What psychiatric conditions do you specialize in treating?

We specialize in treating a wide range of psychiatric conditions, including anxiety disorders, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, and more. Our team of experienced psychiatrists works closely with each patient to develop an individualized treatment plan that meets their unique needs.

How do you ensure patient confidentiality and privacy?

We take patient confidentiality and privacy very seriously. We comply with all relevant data protection laws and regulations, and we have strict policies and procedures in place to protect patient information. We only share patient information with other healthcare providers when necessary for the patient's care, and we always obtain the patient's consent before doing so.

Unfortunately my experience is that like that firm appears to be just interested in the money and not actually in helping people. Contacted them with a close friend who has been struggling with mental health and when we booked the online consultation we very clearly asked if they could diagnose from the video call. They promised they could, took hundreds of pounds of us then on the call told us they could not. We highlighted this on the call directly with the consultant and it was shrugged off. Asked for call back never received one. It completely shattered my friends confidence to ask for help and it took a lot to get her to a place to start to ask for help.
