ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING LEVEL OF SERVICE. If you are a parent of a child that has had to leave CAMHS service because of the notoriously shocking service they have available at present, that is seriously impacting negatively on your child's mental health. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We have had to report our local CAMHS due to continuous mistakes and serious questionable issues mishandling of our daughters treatment. We had the support of the school and GP after seeing themselves what was going on. We explained this on the first call as we needed them to understand exactly what we were needing and as it was at cost, we needed to know they were the right fit. They reassured us in droves that we were in the right place and what started with one clinician that felt like the end to all our sleepless nights ended with him needing to leave unexpectedly and them not knowing how to rectify the situation professionally. After weeks of being told not to worry and they would find the best suitable replacement, we were then told the replacement contacted camhs, regardless of his predecessors full assessment and seeing evidence of why we had to leave CAMHS, heard their version and we have been refused any further treatment as its too 'complex' suggesting we go back to CAMHS. We now have a useless piece of paper, a redundant treatment plan that has already begun new medication without any further support, questionable ethics, poor customer service, poor management of their clinicians, failure to provide the service we were heavily sold and paid for to now being told they can no longer provide that service and now seemingly partake in the same type of parent shaming that CAMHS do, when they can't get someone to take over someone else's case. Awaiting their complaints team response as they cannot be allowed to get away with preying on vulnerable people desperate to give their child proper mental health treatment a national service is notorious for not fit to do due to high staff turnover and lack of qualified clinicians available. The local CAMHS we have had to make a complaint about has already had watchdog reports for the same issues we had to leave for, so you'd think a private company would be more professional and responsible in how it treats those that have had to go to lengths of paying private where they have been failed elsewhere. MONEY GRABBING MENTALITY. EDIT-I haven't had a first response let alone again? ITS BEEN 5 DAYS. EDIT 2 - STILL NOTHING 28/10 -18 days after complaint made.

They were fine at first, now constantly taking weeks to get anywhere with medication. Constantly having to chase them up and wait weeks to get my medication. Then they charge a fortune despite the awful service. They literally do the bare minimum yiu ask of them but still charge you a fortune and take your money. All this hassle and expenses when you've already got mental health issues is just unfair and infuriating.

Eveyrhing over the phone and booking the appointment was fine with no hassle and they where polite. After that though it went pretty much downhill. I arrived 30 minutes early as a new area and not sure of the parking situation. On the 5th attempt of the doorbell and knocking a young lad opened the door for us. He was actually a patient. There was no receptionist. Nowhere to even explain the process or sign in. If the lad didn't open the door then I don't even think I would of had my appointment. They seem to have buzzers linked to different rooms but I was never given a room number to buzz. Finally got to speak to someone who came out and looked like they where part of the place and she said there is a man in the other room but does not know his name. We where left to our own devices until a man came out 15 minutes late and called my name. He excised himself and went to the toilet which was fine. The room was okay. Nothing fancy but nice and big with some comfy chairs. He then proceeded to ask why I was there and said he never recieved any information back with a questionnaire. I said I sent this ages ago. He took about 5 minutes and said oh I see it's just come through. He read this and then already half an hour in said what I wanted from this session. I'm very glad I decided to bring my notes from my NHS CBT therapy. He basically read through this asking some questions. I felt a little underwhelmed with the whole process. I was told to wait until wednesday for a report and wednesday has been and gone. All in all, a loss of money for an even worse experience than the NHS itself. Disheartened because I really wanted this to help with my situation. Hopefully I can get this report soon and chase it up on Monday. We will see.
