Posting on behalf of my partner. They aim for profit before pain relief-my partner had an abcess-went here 3 times-didn’t even get in the chair 2 of the times but charged for appointments. Was only in the room for 60 seconds on one occasion. Only treatment offered was £1700+ After infection was gone-but it didn’t go. Found alternative Private dentist and they couldn’t believe he had been left in such pain and offered 3 courses of antibiotics over 3 weeks. Charged at an extortionate rate. Nice people, bad practice. They want to charge for cosmetic options and not assist in the immediate situation. Profit before people.

As someone who has a phobia of dental treatment (and doctors) I can only say that I have been cured of this by Maria. She has been my dentist for a number of years and has always made a big effort to put me at my ease. I have had several teeth repaired/rebuilt, fillings etc and wisdom teeth removed and I can honestly say that it has been a painless experience. The worry I had was simply in my head and Maria is so very gentle. I do not feel the injections and to be honest I always feel a bit of a fool afterwards for getting stressed over nothing. I would highly recommend Maria and her staff and although I live nearly 30 miles away I will always make the effort as it is a pleasure.

Clinic 95 are wonderful until you make a complaint about a treatment you paid for that you are unhappy with. At this point they take no responsibility as a practice but try to claim from the dentist who treated you, (who now longer works there) I paid Clinic 95 thousands of pounds, my contract was with Clinic 95 but they would not admit their part in my treatment not being satisfactory. (Even thought the practice manager assured me i would get my money back) This caused me no end of stress and resulted in my having a breakdown. Not even as a gesture of good will did they offer any compensation! So beware at the way they work as if you are not happy you will have a fight on your hands. I dont have the strengh to carry on with it. Shame on you Clinic 95.

My recent appointment with Benjamin during our current pandemic was exemplary for its professionalism, duty of care, detailed confident approach, and the best feeling teeth you will ever experience afterwards. Other dental professionals and clinics would be wise to take note, at Clinic 95 you are treated as a human and not another body to process. I would highly recommend Benjamin and the entire practice, even with the underlying threat of pandemic, you feel completely reassured that their safety measures are well above any standard you would experience clinically or otherwise elsewhere.
