Dan was fantastic. A very capable and strong climber himself and he knows what he’s talking about when it comes to strength and conditioning and flexibility training and advice. Really enjoyed the class and would return for another

Had a great session with Dan! We booked a private session with him to get some general coaching, and his feedback throughout the session was fantastic. We started out with learning some new warmups and Dan was responsive and helpful when it came to sorting out a couple of issues I'd been having with mobility in my shoulders and hips. Once we were warmed up we spent the majority of the session bouldering and getting Dan's input on our movement patterns, and he suggested some great drills for working on confidence which my girlfriend was struggling with, and handling slopers which are my main weakness. By the end of the session he had a broader and more detailed impression of our styles and made some observations that had an immediate and significant effect on how I felt and performed on the wall.

Great session with Dan, if you think mobility doesn't help you much on the wall and it's better to do more pull ups - challenge yourself and give it a go! Dan makes sure we understand the movement pattern before applying it on the wall. With clear feedback I could quickly understand how different hip positions affect my climbing. It made me much more detail oriented and attentive while climbing since I could see how small adjustments can affect it. Lots of knowledge taken away from this session and I'll be definitely doing it again! Thanks Dan

I have done a few different workshops with Dan as well as a mobility assessment. Dan is absolutely brilliant. He is very knowledgable and understands how to relate mobility and yoga to climbing performance. The mobility assessment came with a a personal recommended plan which makes it so easy to follow and stick to and I have seen results in my climbing already. I would 100% recommend Dan.

I met Dan for the first time yesterday and I can’t praise him highly enough. I have a few issues that can lead to me feeling quite anxious and reduce my ability to concentrate and learn, but Dan made me feel immediately at ease. Dan was thorough, patient and empathetic in his history taking, knowledgeable and incredibly intuitive in his understanding of my physical and psychological issues, and provided a fantastic, detailed and workable plan that is easy to follow, tailoring his explanations to ensure I understood the protocols of each exercise. Thank you Dan. Would highly recommend!
