I had two Panasonic 3.5kw air conditioning units installed and the team went above and beyond by accommodating my request to have both units installed in the same day. Very professional service and extremely helpful with good communication from the start. Very impressed with the service I received and they even discounted my final quote by £200 as the amount of copper piping used was less than would normally be used so I was especially pleased this saving was passed on to me without hesitation. My Thanks again to the guys who installed the units (in the rain) and were happy to do so. Highly recommend this family run business to anyone thinking of getting AC/Heat pumps installed. From my initial conversation with their office, to the quotation stage and then to the implementation the whole process was extremely professional.
