This review is just to update, We had an Aircon installation from this company around 18 months ago, had a huge amount of issues with the company being called a liar etc. The machine no longer gets cold, even upon countless amounts of money trying to fix it we are taking the option to replace the unit with a much better quality version. None of the features on the Midea Aircon works including the app and everything else surrounding this machine. My advice to anyone is to do an awful lot more research for going with the company for unit, that was a very expensive mistake that we made. Service: Install AC

We recently refurbished a property in Sussex and decided to put A/C in all our bedrooms. We got a number of quotes but decided to go with a local firm. Paul and his team could not have been better. From the very first meeting, they gave us tremendous advice and support and during both first fix and the final installation, they were extremely courteous, clean & tidy and the upmost professionals in every way. Steer Clear if you value your money,time and nerves. Had a £15,000 job install with these guys and off the bat we had issues with one of the units being extremely loud and 1 unit literally sprayed water constantly. Rang them up and guess what? You would need a bigger pump for that unit? Okay surely you would know the needed pump when installing an AC..gave me a red flag as how do you not know what pump is needed for the job? A few engineer visits later and one of the boys managed to do a make shift solution.Thanks I really wanted that after spending 15k. The other leaking unit got serviced 3 different times over the year we had it installed. Brand new unit. Another red flag for me when a new unit requers so many revisits. The icing on the cake is I paid £800 extra to have the temperature controlled on my phone and after changing my internet supplier it stopped working.No problem I said these guys will sort it. After being promised this issue will be resolved when our next service is due.Guess what?It hasn`t but after a long back and forth this the company director I`m told if you want that issue to be resolved you have to pay a new call out. The extent this company is trying to milk you is insane considering there unit are faulty, break down easily and their general response is after taking your money `These are your only options now`. If you value your time, money and nerves have a look elsewhere. Sidenote is that the team working for this company are great however their management team is subpar. *** Love the fact that in your response you completely brushed off the fact that a unit was leaking on 3 different callouts. Also when how can you state that the pump callouts have not been paid?A brand new faulty install?You expect the customer to pay an engineer to come out and fix a bad install? Lastly please dont lie about offering to come and fix it at the next service as I gave you the opportunity to rectify before giving you this review. Service: Install AC

I ordered an air con unit Friday 12th August including Saturday delivery. It was delivered at 7.30am Saturday morning. User manual was easy to follow and it was up and running within 30 minutes of opening the box. What a great machine, first time in a while that I was comfortable during this hot weather. Only one problem, there was a very small split in the exhaust hose. I contacted climachill via email on Monday morning to notify them about this. Within 30 minutes I had received a reply with an apology for the problem. A new hose was despatched and received Tuesday morning. To sum up, Great product. Great customer care. Value for money. A very professional company to deal with. Anyone looking to buy portable air conditioning you will not regret using this company.

We've had the 12000 BTU model for a few weeks to use in our bedroom, and frankly, I've been waiting for something to go wrong, because the price is so low for such a powerful unit. But so far, excellent. They delivered the unit quickly, and even during the recent heat waves, it quickly makes the room very cool and comfortable. It's an exceptional value.
