A great service all round from everyone i had contact with - Soneya, Yasmin and Ray. Communication was clear and informative, mostly being done on email due to my working hours. An appointment was set to measure up, and then the (extra large bay window) curtain track was fitted less than 2 weeks later. I'm very satisfied with the service and will look to use again. Certainly wont going in there again Customer service poor and communication needs to be improved Went to ask for some blinds and woman was really unhelpful. just put the books in front of us and left us to it. We was not told that one was for roller and the other was vertical. When we asked for quote it was passed to another colleague as it was clear she does not want to be involved. As the blinds were subcontracted , they made it clear not bothered about selling them or advising us.
