I went to this school 2 years ago, currently i am in year 8, almost year 9. I had minor problems which were resolved quite rapidly. Despite that, I had wonderful experiences at this school, a wide range of different clubs etc. I am writing this review now in a high school, and one thing i will take away with me from Clifton Lodge is the outstanding French. In my current school (KCS Wimbledon) I am finding French very simple as Clifton Lodge prepared me very well. A wonderful school which I will treasure in my mind forever!

Amazing school. I attended this school. The staff, teachers and students are all amazing. I made so many friends here. I thank this school for all the education it provided me. The extracurricular activities were amazing. ICT was my favorite subject there. I am now in secondary school and I thank the teachers for helping me get there. Some teachers might remember me as Ed Aidan Ampim. Thank you for everything you have done for me. Keep up the good work.

I am NOT a current student/parent but a prospective parent. Given how systematically defensive the school response is here and unwillingness to engage or address some of the key issues, I can only assume it is damage control. I do not have the time to invest more energy researching the school if the initial impression is insufficiently glowing. So you may choose if you so wish to address some of the critical views here that would reassure future prospective parents given your fees are not cheap.

Due to the bullies in my class and some problems I had with a teacher, I had had a horrible, traumatising time due to how I was treated and how teachers had not done anything about it. An example: It was the last day of school (2016), and our English teacher was telling us to take out the books. I h ad taken a big pile .The head boy said I could not carry it, although I could – resulting in him pushing the pile and I into the wall. Several students laughed and the Head Boy of 2016 said I could not carry it. This had resulted in the English Teacher (Mr R Wright) not giving any more books to me – when I asked why he said I was too weak to carry any more books and I kept dropping them. I felt very sad that day – going to the Headmaster, he told me it was the last day of school. This is just one of the many events where little or nothing was done about the bullying. Edit: I hope people have changed and I hope teachers here don't make the same mistakes. Other than all of the problems I had with students, I really learnt a lot of things that have benefitted me today, despite all the problems, I hope Clifton Lodge has a successful future. I hope this school has become a better place.

Speaking as a parent and having seen the difference in my son since he joined Clifton Lodge, I can only say how impressed I am with the progress and growth in confidence in him in these last two years. From a boy who's only response to "how was your day?" was "fine" to what can only be described as a confident and well-spoken daily account of every lesson and event that day is still something that is a highlight of my day. Family and friends have all remarked on how well-rounded he has become and how well he has progressed in the last couple of years and this is due to the amazing teachers and staff who work at this school.

Education high in content and care. Clifton sets clear expectations that engages my son in his learning where "visible learning" left him disengaged , bored and unhappy
