The absolute biggest disgrace of a doctors ever. My dad has been dieing for a year and you don't care in the slightest every appointment you change and don't see him. You do not care in the slightest about anyone and you would rather let them die. You should all be ashamed in yourselves and should all never be aloud to work in this industry again. If the day comes and your family is dieing do not treat them because you will kill them.

It’s almost impossible to get appointment in this medical centre. 2 weeks I called every single day from 8am to 8:30. Their line is continuously engaged ! And after that time someone one telling me “sorry our appointments for today is finished”!!! Absolutely scam. You can easily say they don’t answer the phone and putting the line on engage by purpose. I think all of staff in this medical centre has to be questioned because of this kind of poor and dishonest service.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible place, poor service, reception have no idea what’s going on half of the time. Absolutely would not recommend joining this practise.

Absolutely the worst surgery. Long wait time to call reception just to be told there is no appointments. My wife went there to seek for help for our son who had big red rush on his back. Surgery was absolutely empty. She was told to take him to Wilberforce. My wife has problem with her arm keep giving her naproxen, has diabetes no appointment for her neither.

Such a miserable experience. In a queue from 8:00 AM just to be hung up on? Why? All of the appointments are taken for today. I don’t even want an appointment for today, I can wait. But I’ve been told there’s no such thing as booking an appointment for a few weeks time when I tried to book during the day. I feel sorry for the people who genuinely need a quick appointment - I’ve tried this before with Clifton House and it’s hell.

Worst g.p I have ever experienced Ring ring and ring in the morning and then they pick the phone up and shut it straight away. If you work here and are reading this just leave work cause obviously you are not interested in the job hence why you so called receptionists do this. When you get called out for this you say patients are being abusive. Absolute 🤡🤡🤡
