Ordered a pair of Nikon p3 binoculars and they arrived damaged which was a manufacturers defect. These were collected free of charge and a replacement send. Unfortunately the replacement pair had a similar defect and must have been a result of a batch issue from Nikon. Again a a free collection and refund was arranged immediately. Clifton then agreed to price match another company for a pair of p7 binoculars which were then sent promptly. The customer service has been fast and high quality. The product defect was not their fault and they could not have been more helpful.
