20 minute walk from station and lovely 15 min walk by the river ouze into city centre. Beds really comfortable, rooms really warm, fantastic breakfast and our luggage was driven to the station so we weren't carrying it around town while waiting for our train home.

Arthur the owner is a very human and warm person. The room is clean , quiet and enough whites , tea and coffe supplies. Breakfast is very abundant and nice. It is right in front of a lovely park and close to walk to the city centre by the river. The lounge and breakfast area is very comfortable full of natural light and some nice terrace garden to sit outside.
