Kings did a fantastic job fitting our carpets, stair runner, stair rods and LVT as part of our home renovation project. Dates would often change last minute (from our side) because we experienced several delays. However, Claire and the team were always extremely patient and flexible. I highly recommend using Kings.

From the moment we walked into their showroom to the time when all the carpets and flooring was fitted we were so impressed so much so we didn’t consider going elsewhere. In the showroom Hollie gave us great advice and guidance on what would work best for us. Her knowledge was impressive and her patience even more so as we did not want to get this wrong. After leaving my wife and I had decided we would not being going elsewhere. As it was a new build house we were buying things were slow but Kings Carpets and Flooring took us through the journey patiently and always keeping in touch to check progress. Eventually we moved in and they made sure that carpets and flooring were fitted in no time. The fitter was great and in two days the whole house was finished to the highest standard. We are so satisfied with the quality of the carpets and vinyl. The whole experience was excellent. We can’t praise them highly enough for value, experience and service. Would highly recommend Kings Carpets and Flooring to anyone who is considering any king of flooring. a great family business.

Excellent service when purchasing bespoke caravan carpets from this company. Hollie was extremely helpful from our initial enquiry right through to collection of the mats. Chose a carpet remnant which they cut to size, using our original carpets as templates, and bound the edges. Carpets look great in the caravan and were excellent value for money.

More than impressed with the level of customer service and quality of fitting I have had the privilege of experiencing from this business. Quick to respond to any queries I had and went out of their way to help me with an alternate fitting date when our plans changed very last minute. I only wish I had more rooms for them to carpet! - Will be in touch with them in the New Year for hard flooring! Would not hesitate to recommend!

Had the guys in to take up all the flooring in my city centre bar and lay new throughout. The lads went above and beyond, the old flooring was over 20 years old with unseen problems underneath. They cracked on and did an unbelievable job! Wouldn't go anywhere else for any future work. Massive thanks to Wayne and the team.

Fantastic service and quality. From the initial friendly, knowledgeable consultation in the shop with Donna (which was really well stocked with samples), right to fitting with professional, high quality fitters; it was fantastic. We had some problems with our project (unrelated to Kings), and Wayne helped us find a perfect solution, which fit in our tight timescales, and even saved us some money! Love love love the finished product. 100% recommend.

Fantastic service from the beginning. Really welcoming and knowledgeable staff in the show room with a very wide range of samples and carpet ranges at good price points. They have been so accommodating with moving the fit out dates a couple of times as well. The carpets were fitted today which was a very stress free process. The fitters were polite, professional and again very accommodating for our needs at the house. I highly recommend kings carpets and would use them again. Very good communication, professional, good price and good quality.
