Had this company out to do a flat roof and repair a tiled roof, when doing flat roof they broke a piece of my rendering, the job on flat roof was average at best, then they repaired a tiled roof for me what a mess 3 weeks later leaked in worse than it did before, phoned numerous times get promised somone out but never happens, seriously do not waste your money on them Service: Roof installation

Replaced parents roof in Wednesbury, from a pvc roof to a tiled roof, roof leaked, told them about, said they would be out and never came, builders damaged the lights on the walls, said they would replace, has done nothing about it. The flashing was not done properly and had to have another roofing contractor out to repair that. The velux windows were not fitted properly and had to have the plastic trim fitted around the outside of them as well. The work was done in December 2020, called them in December when it started leaking, and again in January, not once had a call back. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Service: Roof installation

Asked for a report paid £120, after numerous calls some cancelled to get it before a meeting, was assured I would get it before the meeting it never came and became as much use as a chocolate teapot after I received a phone call apologising for the lateness I said it was now a waste of time and enjoy the £120 it came the following day so fulfilling their obligation so with all this for a letter gone with someone else to get work done Update Conservatory roof was Modified and a small repair to a slate tile and membrane sorted by Guardian Roofs who were outstanding, really pleased with the outcome i was told that i did not need a report as any structural work was guaranteed and the fitting was guaranteed with the installer which they did honour big shout to Guardian Roofs
