I used to lovvvveee this center for the amazing doctors and nurses and the short wait time. Now I am not able to get an appointment online or via phone. I called for hours with no response. I desperately need a check up and said that in the survey and still can't get an appointment. At least pick up the phone and give remote advice. Anything....

They never answer the phone in Reception, no matter how many times I called. In the website it says only book an appointment online or via phone call but it is impossible get the hold of someone and there's no walk in services available.

Outrageous services! I have had a rash, I never particularly wanted to go there, but they sent me there from emergency. After somebody took samples for different tests they have lost my details, they failed to contact me and when I finally managed to get through, 4 DAYS LATER, they told me they only managed to test for monkey pox and I should do another test asap.

They say appointment only but nobody picks up the phone. I’ve been living the same problem for almost one year now. You need to try to call a lot of times on different days if you need an appointment. Please at least have an online system to get an appointment (the options are very limited on the website for appointments). My one star is only for the doctors who have good services.

I had an implant removed and an IUS put in today which was a lot in one day. The staff really looked after me and explained everything really well. They made sure I was at ease and were very gentle with both procedures which made a difference. They also took the time to do it well, with best practice.

Edit: Been again today and had a very good experience, quick, nice and professional staff. I never leave reviews but this experience was beyond ridiculous. The worst service I’ve ever received - or non at all to be exact. Started with a broken scale, then 2 blood pressure measuring devices. Came for a simple screening but was told the system isn’t working and I won’t be able to get my result. The nurse suggested that I pick up a home test kit from the reception. That wasn’t possible. They sent me back to the nurse - she sent me back to the reception. Eventually they told me I wouldn’t be able to get a confirmation of negative result here anyways. I left with no screening done and no test kit, having wasted 1.5h of my time, super frustrated. 1 star because the staff was nice and seemingly tried to help- but failed miserably.
