    Bank Letter: I initiated the required bank letter on the day I got the renewal notification letter from CMP (9/3/22). Long story short, it took 5 phone calls (each lasting 20 minutes+), a letter and a complaint (with major high street bank) to get a letter for you. The letter says the same as the ones we have sent every year! Questions: Why is the bank letter even needed? 1) Each bank statements clearly says 'Client Account' 2) The accounts are with a major high street bank, so all their client accounts will all presumable satisfy your conditions. Why do you need induvial letters from every property management company? 3) The accounts held are the same as previously, so why do you need the confirmation again year after year after year? Initial checks of documents: On two occasions we had to come back to you as the documents we loaded had not been checked very well: 1) Deposit accounts: You said they were not from the last 3 month. This was because they are annual statements and were the latest available. This would be clear by looking at the date of all the transactions. 2) The bank letter sent was actually 26 letters but was on 22 pages! (see grief above to get them!) but you came back saying 4 were missing, when they were not. I understand why CMP is needed but the whole process is a REAL ADMIN NIGHTMARE and takes a considerable number of man hours for what should be relatively straightforward. Please, please , please find a way to make it a bit easier to renew.

    Happy to take your money, contact you 5-6 months later with 1am emails full of spelling mistakes (this is a company that deals with client money) asking for paperwork that I’ve always provided upon paying the renewal. Staff (Yolanda, Dee) are rude and incompetent, they avoid explaining their colleagues mistakes as they all work together and hang up the phone to avoid any questions regarding their actions. I feel sorry for the few decent staff they have as I’ve never had a problem with them before. Claire was wonderful and helpful.
