This is my second year using Clickmas, last year no problems. This year they've not delivered my tree (supposed to arrive on the 29th of November) and despite Lulu the owner promising to deliver our tree herself last night - we still have no tree and she's become completely unresponsive. Hard avoid unless you want to be disapointed
