Prices seem good but they first accepted the order and then cancelled it because it's one of the companies that, even though it's 2021 and I can get goods delivered from China for cheap in a few days, treats the Isle of Man like it's some foreign country that they can't deliver to. I'm so sick and tired of companies doing this. Postage rates are the same to here as anywhere else.

I have been using Click4balloons for a while now, more than ever over the pandemic. One of my orders earlier this year was sent incomplete, with no notice of it being incomplete. I emailed to say I haven't received everything and I was informed my items were on back order. No problem, I agreed to wait. Months went by, I emailed chasing up several times, and it got to the point of just being ignored. I have made more orders and re-ordered what was supposedly on back order and received it, yet hadn't received my missing items so it's not a case of "out of stock". I've since tried to contact via Facebook, at first they said they would check in, again been weeks and left with unhelpful messages and finally they can't do anything else for me. So can't reply to my emails, but when they want their helium cannister back following pandemic closures, they'll ring and email like mad. 🤣
