Fantastic service, booked online at 6am and was all all done by 9am. Got there early and seen immediately . Went in not hearing a thing and Lisa did a fantastic job getting the wax out. This is the second time I have used Click Hearing for ear wax removal, but the first time at the Upminster clinic. Both experiences were excellent. When I attended the Upminster clinic, I was impressed with the waiting area being very clean and comfortable, receptionist was very pleasant and I wasn’t kept waiting beyond my appointment time. I was introduced to Georgia who carried out the ear wax removal. I found Georgia extremely pleasant and professional. Georgia explained everything to me and if I had any concerns before using micro suction to remove an ear wax build up in my left ear. It was stubborn and slightly uncomfortable at times, but Georgia continued with a great deal of care and words of encouragement. Once it was removed and my hearing restored in my left ear, I felt so much better. Georgia checked my other ear and removed some wax from there also. I would highly recommend this clinic to family and friends and would have absolutely no hesitation in returning should I need the same procedure in the future. Thank you to all, especially Georgia, brilliant experience.

I had my earwax removed yesterday and as ever the entire process was sleek and professional. The lady on reception was very nice and Georgia, the lady with the suction equipment was charm and efficiency personified as she showed me my family album of wax excretions through the years. A rum family bunch they were too. To borrow some words from Ray Charles: "It's that old sweet song that keeps Georgia on my mind." Avoid SpecSavers where every orifice is up for grabs.
