I attended as I thought I had ear wax, however it turned out I didn't, therefore I opted for a hearing test . I was nit charged the full fee as no micro suction was needed. I am trying some trial aids which I think is an excellent idea to see how I get on with them, then can go on to order or return the no obligation trial ones. Very polite, friendly and professional staff and on time.
