I've worked the night shift in the CLF warehouse for about 6 months now (since November 2022) & am pleased to say that I'm happy there. The night crew team all work & get on well together & the majority of staff on other shifts are friendly. It's a good job for improving fitness & strength because we are always on our feet & on the move, & there's a lot of lifting & carrying involved, with some loads weighing in excess of 500kg - you should see my muscles, lol. The bosses are approachable & fair whilst being firm when necessary which works well, & they pay a "living wage" instead of just minimum wage so I'm not struggling as much with the current cost of living crisis as I could be. Overall it's a good place to work & I hope to be there for a long time to come.

Very tight place for HGVs, the queue is on the street forcing others to overtake dangerously. Don't bother about being on time as they will ask to join the queue (reversing only for deliveries) Be aware! NO FACILITIES FOR HGV drivers. The staff suggested me to use the industrial estate bushes.
