I arrived 15 minutes late, from the other side of the city and had informed Amanda, when I arrived my appointment was cancelled. Thanks very much. You could have offered no blow dry or found some way to deal with a 15 minute delay. You’ve just lost a customer who would have been coming every four weeks. Completely inflexible and ridiculous. Dylan- the only alternative offered was to reschedule so … Service: Hair coloring

Having had bad experiences over the years with hairdressers, I was apprehensive when I first went to Glasshouse. Eleanor took her time talking to me about the colour and cut I wanted and she was so attentive that I became tentatively hopeful. Cut to a couple of hours later and my hair was finished and fab. I’ve been back to the delightful Eleanor many times since then and now am able to relax and enjoy having my hair done as it always looks great afterwards.

I’ve been 3 times and I’ve always had a lovely experience here. I’ve only been for haircuts so can’t comment on the dyes.

It was now my second visit to Glasshouse. I love the cozy feel of the salon, that everyone is so attentive (the hot drink is a really nice touch as well) and friendly. The reason I give this only three stars though is that the salon is really expensive. I only had a trim that took max 10 min and a hair treatment and paid over £100 for it…
