Extremely disappointing that having called this company for a quotation and being promised a return call to arrange this I heard nothing back from them. After a week I contacted them again to ask if they were interested in quoting and was rather curtly informed they were busy but would get back to me when they had a moment. 2 months later no contact. As a past customer who was very happy with the work done by them I find this disappointing. If they didn’t want to do the job, fitting a new boiler and several radiators, they should have just said so and I would not have been offended.
