Me and colleague arrived. Ordered some fencing wood planks. Was told to wait in outside of the sales area, so we did that. Thirty seconds of waiting and a guy comes over a rudely tells us we are waiting in the wrong yard and that no way were we told to wait where we had been. I had to put the little man in his place and tell him we waited exactly where told and to get on with his job as I'm busy
