Fraud, they are defrauding their customers. Blackmailing and extorting money through "hidden charges" and "administration costs". I made a payment before proceeding my application, now they're asking for more money to be paid to them. All they have done is filing a trademark using the UK Gov's website (filled in the application which takes 5 minutes), but they want £1150. Are you kidding me? This only costs £170 if you were to do this simple task yourself, but they were paid £410. And now they want more money in "administration costs". They keep contacting despite me telling them not to and trying to blackmail me, I'm afraid I might have to take these scammers to court. Extremely unethical and criminally bad business practices.
