Absolutely first class service. Called Cleveland Motorhomes for some advice regarding an electrical fault. Spoke with the General Manager Steve Allerston and he guided me through what and where to check then even offered for himself to take a look if I had no joy. I did then go through a few days later and Steve was straight under the bonnet checking my system from front to back. When we found the issue (a dodgy relay.. 🙈) he then gave me a couple of local places to source it. I'm pleased to say that the problem is now rectified through the helpful assistance Steve gave me and didn't charge a penny for..in his words.."10 minute's of messing around..it's nothing". Very impressive attitude which is a rare thing to find these days.

We are delighted with the service provided by Cleveland Motorhomes, they have helped us at every stage of the process with advice and guidance. We have had our campervans for nearly 2 years now, and you learn that as they need to be made from very lightweight materials they can be delicate things. We had a recent issue relating to the toilet release mechanism after it was removed without closing the toiler hatch, Steve and the team had it fixed in less than 5 mins. Brilliant services, thanks again.
