Currently have 2 companies unable to trade because of this firm incurring a ransomware attack. They didnt tell us the nature of the attack until 4-5 days after it happened and our two companies have been unable to trade and are currently at risk of losing ALL data. No accountability, no empathy from their team - who are more concerned about moaning they've been working overtime to fix the issue than the fact that their breach is putting their clients literally out of business. Their USPs when they pitched us included security, peace of mind and support. In my experience they have failed appallingly on all 3 fronts for both of my businesses, which may risk closure as a result of trusting Clevagroup with our database. Will keep this updated as this nightmare continues. UPDATE: no data was recovered for either Company. That's the companies with 2-3 years database history (including backups) deleted. Gone. Permanently.

The Recruiter Academy have been using clever groups services for over three years now, and I have to say the guys over there are so helpful, not only are they friendly but also extremely efficient and knowledgeable. Most of my staff are like me (terrible with tech) so to have guys like Liam and even the boss Jamie on call is a genuine blessing, whether its adding systems remotely to our computers/laptops or helping me to figure out how to set up my new phone they're always there to help. Never had a problem with them.
