I Deliberately ordered my mower and strimmer so my parcel would be delivered on Friday so i can get my grass cut at the weekend. It has not arrived, So they clearly falsely advertise next day delivery. They use Yodel (Worst courier in the UK) Tracking says it will not be delivered until Tuesday 30th May. Though it was ordered in time (Thursday 25th May at 0800) for delivery on the Friday 26th of May They clearly falsely advertise next day delivery even if it is ordered before 1200, They use Yodel which 90% of the time do not deliver next day. As for the mower and strimmer i dont know if they are any good as they have not arrived. I will not be using this company again myself, due to the lies they advertise and the courier company they use.

I purchased a cordless mower in August last year, extremely pleased with its performance. Unfortunately it developed an annoying fault in that it cut out frequently. I raised an enquiry with Cleva as to how it might be fixed on Monday, they responded within a couple of hours and over the next couple of days corresponded with them to carry out tests to try and isolate and resolve the fault. Today, Friday, I received a replacement. Their customer service has been exemplary, if only other companies could follow their example. As such I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Cleva Europe Ltd….My company of the decade….purchased a cordless lawnmower ( which by the way is an awesome machine )….problem occurred after a year, although it had happened previously to a lessor degree….contacted Cleva whom arranged for the delivery of a replacement machine…they couldn’t have been more efficient, courteous, knowledgeable….I’ve spread the word and will continue to do so whilst anyone will hear!!!

I bought a VACMASTER POWER 30 PTO WET & DRY VACUUM CLEANER from Cleva a year ago. It is a fantastic machine for any small woodworking shop and I can't really work without it now as it keeps the dust down so well. Last Saturday (the timing is significant) I switched it on and it made an nasty noise and a smell of burning. I switched it off and dismantled the power head. One of the fins on the motor had sheared off and fallen into the armiture damaging the windings and causing irreparable damage. I was mortified as I use the vacuum so much. I contacted Cleva using their website contact form on Saturday evening. On Sunday morning I received a reply with a promise to send out a new Power head. It arrived on Tuesday morning. To me, this is the most extraordinary level of service. To be responding to customers over a weekend, to accept the issue with no quibble, to send out a new part so promptly and to keep me informed by email at every step is quite exceptional. Buy from this company! Their products are great value and their level of customer service is second to none! Thanks especially to Shelley, the customer care advisor who dealt with it all so efficiently!
