Not fit for purpose. Waiting on phone for over an hour and still only moved up from position 5 to position 4. Who can talk to a receptionist for this amount of time about their ailments. No one. Absolute waste of time. This practice is USELESS. That is the mildest words I can use.

Yes it can take a while to get through (like all under-resourced GPs), but I have always found the receptionists to be kind and friendly, and the doctors are so thorough! Which is a refreshing change from a previous doctor I had. Dr Claire Andres and Doctor Royce Chan are particularly friendly and don’t leave any stone unturned.
