We could not recommend this establishment highly enough- visited with my parents and were afforded very personal service offering the right blend of advice and privacy to make decisions on mobility aids. It was a very emotional experience for Mum who has previously been an extremely independent and proud lady. Now due to the wide range of equipment available, my Mum is able to regain some of her previous independence with a high level of confidence……. inaugural outing to the Garden Centre planned for later today!. Thank you so much and we look forward to seeing you and the lovely Raymond again.

Booked a large wheel chair, plenty big enough. Hired Mon to Fri, however miss informed by holiday park that buses come to park complex, but they didn't so wheel chair collected early, own mobilty scooter sufficient ( can't be used on buses) did not expect any refund but given one, what a perfectly honest and accommodating company to deal with 5+++++ stars

Rang Cleethorpes Mobility as I needed a bed for my Mum urgently. I spoke to Matt and he had sorted everything within the hour. The level of service we received from Cleethorpes Mobility was incredible and Matt is nothing short of fantastic. My Mum was just out of hospital with zero options and this young man had done the impossible for my Mum, thank you so very much. I totally recommend Cleethorpes Mobility and Matt and all they did for us we are very happy

I recommend Cleethorpes mobility Scooter Store to anyone who has needs relating to a disability. It is a friendly, family run store, who give advice based upon your needs rather than trying to sell you the latest and greatest... The support they give to customers excellent! I needed a replacement battery unit and seat post for the Mobility Scooter I bought from the store a number of years ago. Living in Liverpool, and not knowing when I would be travelling across to North Lincolnshire, I tried a number of different companies and received very little help. I then remembered my previous visits to the Cleethorpes Mobility so tried them. I am extremely happy with the results. The staff who my partner spoke to were polite and understanding, recognising that he was speaking on my behalf due to my having a diagnosis of PTSD. I definitely should have thought of Cleethorpes Mobility first. It was from the store that I originally bought the scooter after excellent advice from the past. They have also provided me with other advice and maintenance since the scooter takes a lot of wear and tear in it's daily usage.
