Recently bought a corsa I had no problems for a few weeks. After that an issue occurred with the water coolant, I text the garage and they text straight back asking me to bring it back in. It initially went in with a water coolant issue but their garage identified it needed a new engine and exhaust. Which they installed without me having to ask and all covered on my 30 day warranty. My warranty has now been extended for a further 30 days. The service has been great from start to finish.

Bought a car in February and I am shocked at how many problems it had which should have been flagged up when the garage first got this car. They haven't checked it properly before selling and they really should have. Since buying my mini, it had its water pump replaced by this garage which was good of them as it's within their 28 day policy, but since then about a few weeks later, the clutch went, dual mass flywheel, and then turbo which has caused an oil leek which has damaged the engine and even with a warranty, the excess I've paid is huge. All in 3 and a half months of buying this car. I understand cars have issues, but I've been told by the staff at another garage that this car would have had issues leading up to this but nothing was properly checked. Being new to petrol cars and minis, I didn't know what was normal and what wasn't. I feel like this garage has sold me a dodgy car that didn't have any checks done on it. Really disappointed. It's worth going to a more expensive garage to get a car that will have less issues.

Just could improve on customer services, answer phones or reply to messages otherwise I'd recommend iv got a good car reasonably priced, and fixed a small problem I had quickly. They use Cleckheaton MOT center for repairs. Great customer services, very accommodating..

I bought a car from them a week ago. Everything seemed fine but in the 15 minute drive back the car started bunny hopping and the engine light came on. I didn't even get home. I took the car back and they did give me a refund which is good but I wasted time, hopes and I believe they knew that there was a problem with the engine before they sold it to me.

I bought a Mazda 7 seater from these guys. On the advert it said the car ran like the day it was driven out of the showroom. The car had problems with the suspension. When I drove the car home all I could hear was a banging noise, I texted them to ask what was wrong with underneath the car they just ignored my text. So I took the car to a garage and it was found that something hadn't been put on properly underneath the car so it had to be fixed. So I was driving my five kids about like this. I traded my citroën 7 seater car in with them. I told them the issues with it. They told me they would give me £100 and they were going to just give it to the scrapyard. Less than a month later the car was on sale for £2,900 and the advert said "stunning car". I will leave the decision to you, whether you do business with these guys or not...
