Do not bother. Contacted them for a first visit to new pool in property recently moved into, being clearly clueless about any installation done/maintenance required. Charged over £350 for less than an hour visit, as this is apparently the standard price of a “teaching” service. No maintenance or cleaning of the pool was done, as not covered under the “inspection” service we paid for. Also had to pay in full in advance in order to be given an appointment. I can see why as would have never paid for this if knew what was entailed. Fool me once as they say. Do not recommend. Should add nothing against the engineer that came out clearly under instruction, but spoke to company following this and it’s apparently “standard” pricing to come check the chlorine and show us how to do it. I’ll YouTube it next time. Service: General repairs & maintenance
