I had a wonderful experience with Dayna. I was a bit apprehensive about “letting someone touch and stick instruments into my ear” But Dayna was very reassuring and she explained the whole process to me, which put me at ease and made the whole experience quite pleasant and me wish that I had done it sooner. I will definitely add audiology appointments to my regular health checks every couple of years. Especially now I’m advancing in human years. Thank you Dayna.
