I used clearways business waste service for my premises but when i needed to cancel the service due to moving premises I was told I had to pay for the remainder of the contract even though I would not need collections due to not being at the premises. The business premises I moved to provided a waste collection service so was included in the new rent agreement. My new premises is an office building with many other businesses that share 1 collection service provided by my new landlord. I was hoping Clearwater would understand my circumstance of no longer needing their service or any other waste collection service but they did not take this into consideration and was told I would need to pay until the end of my contract.

I don't do reviews normally... generally because I never feel that alot of the time people deserve it....but Clearaway do! From the site survey with Simon, through to the ease of paperwork to sign up, then dealing with the driver. Fantastic service through out. I have left it a few months to make sure the service has been top notch before sending a review over. I have a bin service with them on my own company, and a enclosed skip service with them on the company I work for. Great all round!

Yes, Great service!!! Had a phone call last year from a lad called Simon. I was in the process of kicking Biffa off site, so timing was perfect. Signed up late October, and wanted to leave it a while before reviewing. Rang last week with a query about extra bin, and dealt with straight away. Great service, personable after sales and never a problem. Would recommend highly :)

We have been using Clearaway for some time now, and the service they provide is absolutely first class. Their pre sale and post sale service has been excellent, no missed collections, and the price is competitive too. I cannot recommend them enough, especially compared to some of the larger companies, one of whom we used for some time and had nothing but missed collection after missed collection. Clearaway have been a breath of fresh air!

We have used Clearaway for a number of years now. We do music and food festivals across the Midlands, and Clearaway always nail it 1st time, without us having to chase. Our account manager Simon is extremely helpful, and very knowledgeable. The transport team, always respond quickly, and the drivers go out of their way to help!
