Robert provided exceptional service. I hired him to conduct a hoarding clearance service for my mother in law in urgent circumstances. First and foremost he was understand, empathetic and kind. During a distressing time, he was a source of calm, reason and positivity. He went above and beyond expectations to carry out the work required during exceptionally challenging circumstances. Undomesticated equines could not remove him from his sense of duty & obligation to his clients. From our initial chat I could instantly tell that he understood the human aspect of the task. Throughout the process he was communicative and transparent. He provided regular updates as I could not be present during the work, and he showed up on time and stayed for as long as he could. To my MIL he was kind hearted and sympathetic, understanding and comforting. We simply could not have completed this task with any other company. I contacted Clearance Heroes for a quote to remove a lot of bricks and boulders from my front garden and wood and other items from the back garden. The cost quoted was very reasonable and had no "extras added" like some other companies that quoted. Robert arrived on time and carried out the work professionally and efficiently and also left the areas clean and tidy. Fantastic, professional and great value service! Robert and his team are personable, transparent with pricing and provide a first-class service. We have just completed an international move, and have used Robert and his team twice to help us dispose of moving boxes, old appliances and furniture.
