I am being generous to give them one star. The answering machine is permanently on and nobody returns calls or answers emails. I have resorted to contacting the manufacturer direct as the inverter on the solar batteries has stopped working not that anybody at J&D Renewables or Clear Renewable care

DO NOT BE FOOLED - should be no stars Unscrupulous and improper practice contacting customers, advising the install company has gone out of business, wanting to inspect installed inverter as its faulty / out of warranty.

I had a new inverter fitted in February this year (2019) and have now made 4 appointments to have its performance reviewed. Needless to say, no-one turned up!! Jesse even admitted that for the third appointment, he forgot to pass the appointment on! Half of my solar panels are not working, so not only have I wasted time waiting for someone to come, wasted time on numerous phone calls, but I am also losing money from my feed in tariff! Also, my receipt for the inverter is dated 2010. I want to scream!!! Avoid this company at all costs (and that will be lots!)

Gave one star as the only way of opening, wouldn't give them any by choice! Appointment made for 12th April, stayed in but they didn't turn up. No communication and no apology. How rude, good manners cost nothing.

After a call from Clear Renewable, I accepted their offer to see what they could do to improve my Solar Panel Array. I was dubious at first, but there was no harm in listening to what they had to say; if I didn't like what they suggested, I wouldn't proceed with any additional 'improvements'. My 10 panels were apparently wired in a 'Parallel' configuration; which I was told could be a problem if one panel Failed, it would stop recording the Solar Energy generation from all of the panels. The solution was to rewire the panels in 'Series'. I agreed and they rewired the all the panels to the SERIES config. I also had my Inverter changed with a Solar Edge Inverter. Makes it so much easier to monitor the system production. I did not take up their offer to install a battery to store excess generated energy for use directly to the house, but as yet, battery's are 'extremely expensive' and battery technology hasn't quite caught-up. Perhaps in a few years time. They also advise me, that as I was receiving the TOP Generating Tariff, If ever I decide to move home, I should sell the Solar System separately as that tariff no longer exists and is worth an 'an absolute mint'. I would highly recommend Solar Edge

I had an appointment with Denis from clear renewable last week. He took the time to explain the best possible solution for our shading in rear garden, after researching his solution I decided to go ahead. The system was installed today and I must say the workmen were very good, tidying up after them and making sure I understood how to work the new monitoring system, much appreciated.
