100% professional and flexible. I was in agony with my ear wax blocking my left ear and I was having all sort of bad things. Like sleeping bad and being uncomfortable when I was with friends etc. She was flexible to come with her professional equipments.and she cleared my ear just in time to enjoy New year party.
