Everything at Cannon Street Dental / Clear Braces Direct has been easy, quick and professional. I’ve always felt that I could trust the dentists. I was unlucky to have an accident on day 2 of my Invisalign as I got hit by a bike and smacked my teeth on the road. The team were so caring with me, sorting my chipped teeth out, doing X-rays and reordering a new set of Invisalign. I decided to delay a few months due to my teeth being sore / fractured and the team were so patient with me and guided me along the way. Today I had my Invisalign removed, and I’m waiting for my nighttime retainers to be made. Finally I have straight teeth! I will always recommend Cannon Street Dental / Clear Braces Direct to anyone who is considering Invisalign. Thank you!

Unprofessional: Unsure as to how people are able to give this clinic 5 stars. For starters they pressure you to pay as soon as possible for your treatments or else the "special" offer goes away. Invisalign treatment: It is mentioned that you will have to pay for refinements. They will forget to mention that 90% of patients need refinement aligners The reason why I went with them is because I was told that the procedure would only last 4 months, it has been 7 months with the refinement (and waiting for them to be finished). With another refinement to be made You can see from the last retainer from my first and second set that they never intended to straighten my teeth completely. Not sure of that is intended to be like this. Either way it feels like a scam. Additionally, the amount you pay is already quite substantial and they delivered my refiner sets, but they tasted horrible. understand this is a minor issue as I needed to wash them out with toothpaste myself, after already having paid over 3,000 GBP When asking if they can resend the last aligner in the hopes that the tooth will be rotating eventually, they will charge another 99 GBP, so be wary the 99 GBP is not only an admin fee to retake a scan for refinement Lastly, when the assistant was taking the scan I noticed she didn't scan the back of my teeth at the end of mouth. I was looking for online videos to compare cheaper Direct to Consumer bracers where they pointed out this is the type of mistakes you'll see in a cheaper alternative retainers TLDR: Horrible service, not transparent, don't seem to have that competent employees. Would genuinely advice you to steer away from this clinic. They are only looking to make profits of recurring customers
